Nobody doesn't want to look good in nice clothes. Ever wondered how the fashion designers make those all beautiful elegant designs. It is the fabrics that make the secret of their success. Top designers understand that the best clothes created almost always start with the right materials; the ones the people will wear again and again. We spoke to four of fashion's top designers who have wowed us over the years with their sartorial creations to find out just what role fabric plays when it comes to fashion.
The Fashion-Set Favourite Fabric
A company called Sunfeng then gives us a look at what the bolder-than-you style fabric choices of designers like Coco Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent would wear Р— but what about the rest? One of the water proof fabrics they enjoyed working with is wool. Wool is durable and thick material sheared from an animal coat, primarily sheep, but also goats or llamas. It can be used as a different type of clothing including suits, jackets and warm winter clothing such as warm pullovers and Cozing scarves that helps us stay warm during cold days.
Wool keeps you warm due to its unique properties that allow it to perform well against cold weather. So basically you can be wearing wool while sitting in snow or freezing cold and still feel comfortable. Wool can also absorb a lot of moisture, which is why it is really great for clothes in the winter. It also insulates even when wet. As such, wool can be dyed into just about any color possible, providing designers the ability to create textiles that align with their unique style and vision.
Another Favorite Fabric: Silk
Silk is another wonderful type of fabric which is loved by numerous top designers. Silk is a sumptuous and lustrous fabric obtained from silk-producing insect cocoon, such as silkworm larvae. Silk is a soft, smooth waterproof outdoor fabric that is an excellent option for beautiful, flowing apparel. One of the most notable couturiers who often employed silk into their designs was the renowned Coco Chanel, utilizing it in her timeless little black dresses that remain a trademark to this day.
Smile: Leather, A Designer’s Best Friend
Leather is another great fabric which is much loved by the high profile designers. Its strong and resilient fabric allows for a hard appearance with a rebellious aesthetic. Leather can be made into numerous different clothing items including jackets, and pants, skirts, and even boots. That also means leather can be made into lots of eye-catching clothes.
